• Each unit is independently owned and operated, so please do not "loan" any items from our unit to other units.
• We ask that you do not smoke inside the unit. We provide ashtrays for all of the outside areas (patio, balconies, and roof top deck).
• We do not allow pets inside the townhome.
• Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.
• Please do not bring food or drink to the pool area.
• We have provided towels for use at the beach. Please do not use the house towels (white and dark blue) on the beach.
• There are chairs in the laundry closet for use at the beach. Please do not bring any other furniture to the beach or pool area.
• The maximum number of adults is 8 and the maximum number of people is 10.
• Visitors are only allowed one parking space. If you have more than one vehicle, please make arrangements ahead of time.
• The maximum number of people allowed in the pool at one time is 6 adults and 4 children.
• Some of our amenities are kept secure until needed by a guest (baby crib, air mattresses, air pump, iron, etc). If you need one of these items, please ask Janel or Annie to get them for you
